Liat Construction has been serving apartment complexes, condominiums, hotels, motels, retail spaces, warehouses, offices, and clubhouses since 1982. Liat carries General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance with high limits; we also have an Umbrella Policy for additional coverage and we can provide bonding if requested. Liat Construction is a member with the Dun & Bradstreet Agency.

We have completed many first class multi-family rehabs, hotel renovation and new construction projects in Texas as well as throughout the United States. We pride ourselves as professionals having the capacity to perform jobs of any size from the smallest to the largest.
